New England Users of VM (NEUVM) is a local user support group with a long history of fostering communications, information sharing and fellowship among users of the IBM VM mainframe operating system. Initially established in 1979, NEUVM had become inactive in recent years as VM mainframe usage in the New England area receded. As VM and Linux/390 usage increases in New England, the need for NEUVM increases. |
